Charlie is the managing director of the company and takes responsibility for the majority of valuations. Charlie started in the property industry at the age of 22 many moons ago and loves it as much today as the day he started.
Charlie is a Scarborough boy born and bred, passionate about this wonderful part of the world. Outside of work Charlie loves to spend time with his family, maintaining his old VW camper van and restoring his old BMX bikes.
Lucy is part of the sales team her time is split between progressing sales, marketing, and meeting clients out at our properties. Lucy has a varied background including time spent working and travelling abroad but returned to Scarborough where she grew up.
Lucy bought her first home with Tipple Underwood and has a good first-hand understanding of how the buying process works. Outside of work Lucy enjoys going on holiday or paddle boarding around our beautiful coast.
Rosie comes from a hospitality background where she knew that customer service was her strength. She started at Tipple Underwood on a business administration apprenticeship back in 2016 and on completion was asked to take the permanent role as lettings coordinator, which she has now progressed further and become a sales negotiator.
Rosie is responsible for meeting and greeting customers at viewings and negotiation of sales. On a weekend and in her spare time, Rosie enjoys lots of holidays, going to the gym and spending time with friends and family.
Amanda has worked in the housing market for a good number of years and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the buying and selling process. She still enjoys the whole experience and does the majority of viewings as well as negotiating sales. Amanda loves living in Scarborough, enjoys walks on the beach and sampling our local restaurants!
